An Armenian Research Center Embraces Green Energy

The Institute for Research in Mathematical Machines, established in Yerevan in 1956, has decided to transition to renewable energy. Through a partnership with Acba Leasing, more than 300 solar panels were installed on the institute’s rooftop this year, enabling annual savings of 14 million drams.

A museum will soon be established on the institute’s premises, showcasing the technological achievements accumulated over the years as well as the individuals who played a key role in the development of the field.
