Lilit shares her experience of her internship in France, a journey marked by learning, professional growth, and cultural discovery.

I am currently completing my internship at Aramine in Aix-en-Provence, a company specializing in mining equipment. My internship is going very well: I am part of a professional and welcoming team, and I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge in computer science while discovering new tools and working methods.

During my internship, I worked in particular on the development of an Artificial Intelligence-based chatbot, which allowed me to explore cutting-edge technologies in a rapidly expanding field. Artificial Intelligence is transforming numerous industries today, and having the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in this area has been incredibly enriching. This experience has also helped me become more independent, build confidence, and adapt quickly to a new professional and cultural environment.

Before arriving in France, I imagined a very formal and somewhat distant environment. In reality, I discovered a dynamic, supportive atmosphere filled with collaboration and exchange. France has truly impressed me with its culture, architecture, and organization. It is a country where I feel both inspired and encouraged to grow.

I currently live in Bouc-Bel-Air, a peaceful, sunny, and safe town. My daily life here is balanced between work, cultural discoveries, and the simple pleasures of French life.

I also had the opportunity to visit the Aix-en-Provence University Institute of Technology (IUT) and attend the signing of a partnership agreement between the computer science departments of the IUT and UFAR. This initiative aims to promote student mobility around key contemporary topics such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. It was an inspiring moment that allowed me to glimpse exciting opportunities for the future of my field.

I would like to sincerely thank the Franco-Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFA) and the French University in Armenia (UFAR) for this unique opportunity. I would also like to thank Aramine for welcoming me into its team with such kindness and support.
