Cooperation Protocol Signed

On July 2, in the presence of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, the Armenian company Technotoun, led by Tigran Mnatsakanyan, signed a cooperation protocol with the major French hospitality group Accor. Alexis Delaroff, Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Accor, represented the group during the signing ceremony.
The Pullman brand, part of the French group Accor, will make its debut in Armenia through a partnership with the Armenian company Technotoun. The project's investment budget exceeds USD 100 million.
Technotoun plans to develop Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan, a complex built in accordance with international standards, located in Nork and managed by the Accor group.
The total area of the complex will cover 20,000 square meters, of which 16,000 square meters will be dedicated to public infrastructure, as well as landscaped green and open spaces.
The project will offer an extended-stay hospitality experience, combining hotel services with the comfort of residential living.
