Martine Vassal and Anthony Delon Celebrate the 2024 Book Awards

The event dedicated to promoting the world of literature continues to grow from strength to strength.

Now firmly established as part of Marseille’s cultural landscape, this latest edition welcomed Anthony Delon as the guest of honor for a tribute to his father, Alain Delon.

Rich in color and celebration, the 8th edition of the Book Awards, chaired by Martine Vassal, President of the Departmental Council of Bouches-du-Rhône and the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, took place on Saturday, December 7, in the Louis Philibert Grand Salon at the Departmental Council headquarters, in the presence of more than 200 guests.

Joining Martine Vassal on stage were Armen Petrossian, Chairman and CEO of the eponymous Maison Petrossian; Alain Terzian, film producer and honorary member of the César Academy; members of the jury; Ara Mkrtchian, Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Marseille; and Anthony Delon.
