HAMOV, Our New Member

This is the story of two brothers, Alexis and Julien Doudoukdjian, who left their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unable to return to Lebanon to enjoy the famous achta ice cream, they came up with the idea of adapting this traditional specialty to Western tastes. After more than two years of collaboration involving their family, particularly their mother and grandmother, they succeeded in bringing the flavors of Lebanon to France by introducing this unique delicacy to the French public.

Today, their creation is available in several flavors while preserving the distinctive elasticity of traditional achta ice cream, with a reduced sugar content and an authentic taste. This culinary journey reflects their commitment to innovation while remaining faithful to Lebanon’s traditional gastronomic heritage. Their range of achta ice creams offers a harmonious fusion of the richness of Lebanese culture and Western preferences, creating an exceptional tasting experience.
