Armenia to Host the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2026

The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles has announced that its prestigious Red and White Wine Session will take place in Yerevan, Armenia, from May 21 to 23, 2026. This marks a historic first for the country, which is preparing to welcome the international wine community.

Baudouin Havaux, President of the Competition, praised the authenticity of the Armenian experience, highlighting the country’s millennia-old winemaking heritage, its indigenous grape varieties, and its rapidly growing modern wine industry. According to Zaruhi Muradyan, Director of the Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia, the event represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen Armenia’s position on the global wine map.

Today, Armenian viticulture is experiencing a true renaissance, combining centuries-old traditions with technological innovation and showcasing wines that are increasingly attracting international recognition.
