Armenia Named “Destination of the Year” for Adventure Tourism at the PATWA International Travel Awards 2025

During the ITB Berlin 2025 international travel exhibition, Armenia was named “Destination of the Year” for Adventure Tourism at the PATWA International Travel Awards. The distinction was announced by the Armenian Tourism Committee.
“We are deeply honored that Armenia has received such a prestigious award, which highlights the country’s unique landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and growing potential as a leading adventure tourism destination,” the Armenian Tourism Committee said in an official statement.
This recognition underscores Armenia’s growing position on the global adventure tourism stage, further strengthening its reputation as a must-visit destination for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and travelers in search of authentic cultural experiences.
