Armenia’s Economy Recorded 5.9% Growth in 2024

Armenia’s economy recorded 5.9% growth in 2024, surpassing the threshold of 10 trillion drams. The announcement was made by the Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, on his Facebook page.

“Economic growth reached 5.9% in 2024. We have surpassed the threshold of 10 trillion drams. Take a look at where we were in 2017 and how the economy failed to make progress during the 2013–2017 period,” the Minister wrote, publishing a line graph of GDP.
