Armenia’s Economic Growth in 2025 Projected at Between 4.5% and 5%, Economist Says

Expectations for Armenia’s economic growth in 2025 are more modest. Haykaz Fanyan, economist and Director of Modex, stated:

“In 2025, I believe our expectations should be much more modest. This is also reflected in the reduction of the state budget for the following year, implemented by the Ministry of Finance during the final stage of the budget process. The economic growth forecast has been set at 5.1%. For my part, I expect a lower rate, slightly below 5%. It could range between 4.5% and 5%, which corresponds to Armenia’s natural rate of economic growth.”
