A graduate in international relations, Vassili quickly developed a specialization in the Caucasus region. His career has been marked by a strong professional commitment to cooperation issues with Armenia.

He began in media, working with Courrier d'Erevan, before moving into the humanitarian and non-profit sector with UGAB and Santé Arménie. He has also worked alongside political and diplomatic figures, including the President of the France-Armenia Friendship Group in the French Senate, Gilbert-Luc Devinaz, and the Representative of Nagorno-Karabakh in France, Hovhannès Guevorkian.

Vassili is now fully dedicated to strengthening and consolidating CCIFA's partner network.
