Born in Marseille, Sébastien maintains a deep connection to his region of origin while being shaped by a strong international outlook. Coming from one of the largest Armenian diasporas in France, he grew up with a particular sensitivity to international cultural and economic exchanges with Armenia. From an early age, he became actively involved in fostering a new momentum in relations between France and Armenia, convinced of the significant potential for cooperation between the two countries. This early commitment helped shape a strategic and long-term vision of bilateral partnerships.

Professionally, he serves as Export Manager for Northern Europe to Central America, the Caribbean, and Colombia’s Atlantic region. In this role, he has developed extensive expertise in international trade flows and market dynamics. At the same time, he has distinguished himself through his strong command of import-export operations between France and Armenia, actively contributing to the strengthening of economic exchanges and the development of solid collaborations between the two territories.
