Founded in July 2022, VITAS Formation is a micro-enterprise dedicated to professional training for adults and the general public. As the trainer and manager of VITAS Formation, Rénald Papazian states that his experience and expertise have enabled him to develop a diverse training offering tailored to current needs.
VITAS Formation specializes in several key areas:
- Emergency call management for emergency call center operators, with particular emphasis on suicide-related calls,
- Training for Young Firefighters (Jeunes Sapeurs-Pompiers) instructors, preparing them effectively for their responsibilities,
- Train-the-trainer programs,
- Conflict and aggression management for municipal staff working in public reception roles.
In collaboration with various partners, VITAS Formation also provides training for the general public and businesses in the following fields:
- First Aid and Civic Emergency Response (PSC1),
- Workplace First Aid Responder (SST) training,
- Fire safety, including the use of fire extinguishers, evacuation drills, and shelter-in-place exercises (as part of emergency preparedness plans),
- Safe manual handling and workplace ergonomics.
As the trainer and manager of VITAS Formation, Rénald Papazian is responsible for several key functions. He delivers specialized training tailored to the needs of emergency operators, instructors, and municipal personnel, including courses on suicide-related emergency calls and conflict management. He also designs and develops customized training materials for each program and oversees all administrative and financial aspects of the business, including training planning and responses to public procurement calls for tender.
To maintain a high standard of expertise and quality, he regularly participates in educational seminars and continuing professional development programs. These activities enable him to stay up to date with the latest teaching innovations and continuously improve his training methods.
