Ambassador Olivier Decottignies Meets UFAR Students for the Start of the Academic Year

Ambassador Olivier Decottignies met with the students of UFAR (French University in Armenia), together with their Rector and faculty members, to celebrate the beginning of the new academic year. These students, regarded as Armenia’s future elite, play an important role in shaping the future of relations between our two countries.
